

Our foundations is an optional offering we have at CrossFit Verus for those new to CrossFit or fitness. For those interested, you will meet with a CrossFit coach one on one, focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics for many CrossFit movements you will see in class, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick-ass workout too. This offering is billed separately from the monthly membership.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a beginner level CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
After session one, you and your coach can determine if more foundations meetings are needed or desired, or if you're ready to jump into our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
