Level 1 Certification
I moved to Columbia in 2016 for college. I graduated from Columbia College with my bachelor's and master's degrees and began my teaching career in 2020. I have been an athlete my entire life, and I found CrossFit five years ago after a friend introduced me to it. I quickly grew to love it and not long after starting, I had the opportunity to obtain my Level 1 certification. I have now been coaching for over two years and I love the teaching aspect of coaching. I enjoy celebrating milestones, no matter how big or small, with the athletes I coach. I am currently a 4th-5th grade teacher for Columbia Public Schools, and I coach 16-18u travel softball. I have a dog named Winston and a bearded dragon named Reptar. Reptar is a classroom pet and all my kiddos love taking care of him and having him be a part of their school experience.
