CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
I'm originally from Saint Charles, MO and I moved to Columbia in 2022. I grew up playing soccer, before switching to lacrosse in high school. I went on to play lacrosse in college, where I also earned a bachelor's degree in social work. When I “retired” from sports, I quickly became bored with the traditional gym environment, and I craved that competitive atmosphere again. I started CrossFit in January of 2022, and I have been enjoying it ever since. I'm currently a full-time social worker and in graduate school completing my Masters. I'm looking forward to being more involved in the Verus community!
